Leadership Training Program
JESUS CHIRIST STYLE OF LEADERSHIP is the best pattern of leadership if we want the best and fruitful results of our ministry. Follow in the footsteps of our master and apply His style of leadership based on three principles.
JESUS trained 12 people who went on to influence the world and turned it upside down.
JESUS worked with a group of people that in spited of unquestionable background, uneducated, divided feelings and momentarily cowardice went on to accomplish the tasks HE trained them to do.
JESUS leadership style was intended for us to follow if we want to become the leaders that GOD designed us to be.
The world is longing and crying for leaders both in the secular and religious realm whose goal and vision are to build up and not to tear down, to nurture and not to exploit, to undergird and enhance rather than to dominate, a servant rather than a master.
By harnessing our spiritual gifts, each of us can become the Spirit empowered leaders that this generation needs. GOD is searching and looking for men and women who are willing and have the passion to plant the fields that lead to harvests and who recognized that the ministry where we most spend the greater part of our lives is indeed very holy and fertile ground.
This leadership training will not replace your home church training but rather it will greatly compliment augments and aid you as the Lord of Harvest calls you as one His leaders and shepherds of His flocks.
